Nestled among the redwoods and rivers of Dawn Ranch, Lexi & Justin’s wedding weekend beautifully balanced nature’s organic beauty with contemporary elegance—capturing both the rustic charm and refined spirit of the venue.

Lexi’s bouquet gathered the finest seasonal blooms from our favorite farms—Hollyhock ‘Park Allee’ from The Borrowed Garden, toad lily from Do Right Farm—designed with reaching stems and untamed movement for a wild, naturalistic silhouette.

Nestled in a meadow of wildflowers and native plants, the ceremony design paid homage to its surroundings. Each plant and botanical was thoughtfully sourced and composed to feel as though it belonged to the landscape, moving gently with the wind. At the heart of it all stood a chuppah, custom-crafted from foraged branches, rising to form a canopy that felt both wild and elegant.

As the wedding ceremony gave way to cocktail hour, guests wandered into the apple orchard, where a blue round bar, cozy couches, oversized poufs, and playful textiles set the scene. The floral arrangements shifted to a more whimsical and sculptural style, reflecting the couple’s love for wild, unexpected elements.

The reception carries forward the rustic charm while introducing modern elegance through structured details and a carefully curated layering of elements. The dinner tables celebrate the bounty of the Bay Area, with 90% locally grown flowers and herbs—including Zinnia Jazzy Mix, purple shiso, totamo vines, and Coreopsis Incredible—artfully arranged in handcrafted ceramic vessels, each composition bringing texture, color, and a sense of place to the evening.

Honoring the couple’s love for the unexpected, we wove in rare and striking blooms in the round table centerpieces—sarracenias and vanda orchids—alongside seasonal flowers, creating a floral narrative full of surprise.
